Answer : Please email khanahmedabbas@gmail.com asking to clear you ban and try logging on to www.shiaconnect.com by refreshing the page from your browser. We believe in forgiving and we delete bans every hour to keep the users stay online to perform azadari online!
Mic/Camera not working on Shiaconnect ?
Answer : When you login to www.shiaconnect.com and click or checkmark voice on/off or camera on/off it will show small window asking to allow or deny access to www.shiaconnect.com please click on allow and close and it will open your mic on shiaconnect.com. Also if you have multiple mic and speakers then click on Media Settings found in My Webcam panel and set your default mic and speaker..
Unable to login to rooms ? It says "(Unable to login.Cannot receive response from MySQL server. Please try again.) "
Answer : Click on login button again and again to log in, this message is shown because our mysql server is very busy making your request to login if nothing happens refresh the page of wwww.shiaconnect.com and try logging again.
